Non BBPS payments via 3rd party apps to be stopped by RBI forcing all banks to register as BBPS billers

RBI has directed all CC payments to be made using BBPS only.

3rd party apps to stop non bbps card payments from 1st July onwards.

Banks who are not registered as a BBPS biller have been given time till 30th June but 90 days extension has been sought from RBI.

I have paid all my bills about 20 minutes ago..
AXIS, HDFC , IndusInd.. done.. all now in Negative balance and all of my CCs have statements genrated in 2 days..

I have now 30 days to sort out the best plan to pay for CCs.

Aap to samajdari ka kaam kiye ho, Maine jyadatar cards ka payment kar diye the, Lekin jis cards ka bill mera July 15 ke baad banne wala tha woh sab ka payment maine nehi Kiya, Socha tha RBI deadline increase kar hi dega.
40K+ bill hai july mein.
Lagta hai pura loss chala gaya

Dont worry things like these happen sometimes. we need to learn lessons from these..
From now on , you dont assume that RBI extends deadlines..

I cleared all my bills yesterday as I didn’t want to take a chance. Paid bills on SBI Unipay using Indus MC. All bills went through successfully, no failures.

Just now made transaction on HDFC bill pay to Citibank credit card need to see how it goes. Cred payment worked for Citibank.
