Not Able to verify and pay bill on BBPS for Federal Credit card

I own a federal Signet card and My bill was generated today. Now I could not get to pay this bill on any bbps supported sites or app as these apps shows mobile number is not linked to the cc or incorrect phone number. I have already paid on BBPS for like 3 months.

Anyone facing similar issues? And could someone point the solution for this

Called Federal customer care they said they have some issues on their server.They didn't provide any information on when the problem will be solved.
