Not received Amazon gift card with sbi Simpliclick credit card.

Didn't receive the welcome benifit of Amazon gift card with Sbi simpliclick credit card, its been five months now.
The customer care is dodging me from past months. Anybody else facing this issue?

Raise complaint from SBI Card app. And keep escalating till last level from in app when you get unsatisfactory reply from the previous level. On final level which is PNO I think threaten them with a RBI complaint. I did the same and immediately got voucher.
