Not received Amazon gift voucher from SBI add on credit card

Apply them while checking out a product.

I got voucher in Jul and it was having 15 character. I didn't face any problem adding it

So that means yours could be a promo code? Could you try entering it in the promo code field (on the 2nd last page of checkout) and see if it works? You need not proceed further

I referred this earlier and it was working last year.

"Amazon Pay Gift Card Code is a 14-digit alpha-numeric code (eg. AS25-NZ1JX-CZCP5). You should NOT enter the Gift Card Reference ID in this field. If you experience any issues with your gift card, you can provide the 16-digit numeric Reference ID to customer service. A Promo Code is a 15-digit alpha-numeric code (eg. SLQQ8-VF9Q1-FMBFB)"

Same issue, but after a lot of back and forth they finally sent the vouchers 2 days ago, but the vouchers are not working on amazon

I had applied for add on card on 2/June & card got activated on 4th June & I had done transaction of 1500 inr from that add-on card.

As per the offer i should get 500 Amazon gift card but I have not received it yet .

On contacting customer care through phone they act like this offer never exist. They are asking me "where did you get to know about this offer?" After holding for 2-3 min they are clueless about this offer & provided me with email customercare@sbicards & asked me to send they even they don't know anything.

Today I tried my luck again & called sbi cc but again same thing repeated.

I want to know that I am the only unluckiest guy who has not received Amazon gift voucher through SBI add on credit card offer Or is there anyone else available here who has the same experience?

I too applied add on card seeing Amazon Gift card offer in SBI Card App. But never got any gift voucher. I did not want spend my energy which more valuable than the probable outcome from highly mechanistic system of SBI Card
