Not taken loan from NDXP and still showing in my cibil score.

Hello here is Sukhwal Narayan Bherulal, i haven't taken loan from NDXP and still it is showing in my cibil score. I have never taken anykind of loan from this finance institutions. Why this kind of issue are coming now a days. My friend took loan and I was an just referal person,he passed away on 11/01/2024 and it is showing in my cibil score. Kindly help me so that I can come out from this problem.

You need to send a strong email to them asking them for removal of this loan as this doesn't belong to you. If this doesn't solve the issue complain to RBI Ombudsman.
