Does taking loans from HDFC help?May be , may be not.. need to do whatever we can get n our disposal, without much costs
Good to know.. I will share my experience with regard to this in the coming monthsYeah. Most of my relatives and friends got only on doing regular spends on the debit card on different merchants and maintaining 2-3L
They didn't get DCB but some got Regalia and some got Millennia as Pre-approved. The credit limit provided directly correspond to the maintained balance in SBAGood to know.. I will share my experience with regard to this in the coming months
100% .. not only that.. you need to demonstrate that you are paying back on time..Does taking loans from HDFC help?
So by your experience their algorithm prefers people who use their products more and more?100% .. not only that.. you need to demonstrate that you are paying back on time..
You are generating revenue for them , so definitely counts
Yes .. definitely ..So by your experience their algorithm prefers people who use their products more and more?
Yeah. So, you don't have any card?Let’s see, I can wait for another one year.. no rush..
The key here is , I should not take my first card until I get the one I want with at least 5 To 6 L limit
If I take the first card , then they don’t bother about me..
So regalia gold or DCB should do I think..
My mom's credit limit hasn't increased since 2yrs. She has Regalia LTF with 5L. What moves do you suggest me to do in order to get a LE? She's housewife so can't go for manual LE.Yes .. definitely ..
And another key is don’t take the first card whatever crap they provide
IMO it's waste of money.Does taking loans from HDFC help?
If it cuts short the waiting time to get a card then maybe it will be worth for those who want.IMO it's waste of money.
That is why I didn’t suggest in my initial post..IMO it's waste of money.
To get LE, do one or two big purchase during one statement period close to the limitMy mom's credit limit hasn't increased since 2yrs. She has Regalia LTF with 5L. What moves do you suggest me to do in order to get a LE? She's housewife so can't go for manual LE.
True. That is why I didn’t suggest in my initial post..
We need to do cost benefit analysis..
It is not worth spending that much on interest to get better cc offer..
But if there is genuine need, then should use this
It'll do nothing short. If it cuts short the waiting time to get a card then maybe it will be worth for those who want.
As there's no clear cut policy, it's all speculative.
I wish we could get their internal policy documents leaked. 😂
Big purchase as in >1L?To get LE, do one or two big purchase during one statement period close to the limit
That's exactly what happened with me. 😂It'll do nothing short.
At first after account opening. In 3 months you'll get first pre approved offer with crap card & crappy limit. Then after 6 months, offers will change & then you'll get some likewise cards with good limit.
Yes, my sb account is opened about 5 months ago..Yeah. So, you don't have any card?
I also, waited 1 year & took Millennia at 150k limit.
Yes, put some friends and family’s purchases on this card, but key is during the same statement period.. take it to peak usage in one monthBig purchase as in >1L?
The offer will change in February.Yes, my sb account is opened about 5 months ago..
Now I have MB LTF with 1.17 L offer for the last 2 months
