NSDL Bank Account Blocked 😔 Any Solution?

Mera account ab login nahi ho raha hai. Close request bhejne k baad.

"your have existing relationship with our bank through alternative channel. We cannot process your request at the moment."

tumhara bhi close k baad aise he error aata hai nsdl app se login k time ?
Mera ho raha hai blocked dikha raha hai
 
They will not accept the pdf edited version. They need

Manually filled and signed form and then scanned.
They are so harsh that they want to check the sign that matches the PAN and in the closure form.


My account is finally closed, waiting for the money to be transferred to my other account. BYE BYE NSDL

I raised closure request with Nodal, they have responded in few hours and I believe thats the easiest way to reach out and get your balance transferred to other saving accounts.
I followed the same, it worked, now my account is activated, within 48 hours

I mailed them to close my account, first they replied please wait for kyc in 1 day and again I replied please close my account then they replied we will arrange vkyc as soon as possible, within 2 days I got call from agent and after call in 2days account unblocked
 
My NSDL Bank Account is Blocked without any notice.

Full Kyc A/C (aadhar xml) Opened on 14 August 2023
Balance: INR 508.21

Anyone has experienced a similar issue? What is the process to Unblock it?
I too have experienced this last month. Can anyone suggest a solution?
 
Nsdl is taking too much time for tickets. They are not even acknowledging tickets. Sent follow up email. only god knows when they will respond.
 
Your KYC for CIF XXXX is due for updation. If no changes required, log in to NSDL Jiffy, tap on Re-KYC tab in hamburger menu and select NO CHANGE IN KYC to complete the process. If changes required, send a signed photocopy of your PAN and Aadhaar card to care@nsdlbank.co.in from your registered mail id on or before 25-Jun-2025 to enjoy uninterrupted banking services. Please hide the first 8-digits of your Aadhaar card number for safety measures. - NSDL Payments Bank

Seems they are sending this mail to everyone. I have completed my vkyc 2 weeks back only still they are sending this mail to me.

I raised ticket on 8th jan and they didn't respond. Then i raised rbi complaint in march and in 2 days got multiple calls for completing the vkyc.
