Ola SBI Cashback issue

Hi Team,

SBI is not crediting the cashback properly for the usage of OLA SBI credit card. It's been an issue for 6 months and customer service is pathetic.
I tried contacting OLA financial team they are are saying it's issue with SBI.

Please can you help me with the steps to be take with SBI and RBI on the issue ?

if you have any service request number which is more than 1 month old, just file complaint with RBI banking ombudsman. here- https://cms.rbi.org.in/cms/indexpage.html#eng
