Super happy, only thing I feel is Cibil score may drop due to closure since this was my 1st card, and next card was 6 months later

My usage on this card is extremely high too, never took an emi on the card either and 0 late or minimum payments

Today i got 10k secured onecard sbm to 20k unsecured onecard bob, but I’m already holding 2 bob cc from past 2 years so any issue if i avail onecard bob??
In march onecard give me same offer with indian bank but I’m not able to process due to technical issue from onecard.
is there any limit that a customer only hold X numbers of bob card??

Yes, but in most of the cases one card has FD card of 5k, 10k. And in this range use of one card is very much limited to offers and minimal recharges or some other spends. Increased limit may open door for good spending which ultimately can generate good revenue for them.Curious to know what benefit One card gets by doing this....isnt FD backed more profitable for them?

Which Bank? .Got One Card unsecured credit card upgrade offer in the App yesterday. Complete KYC, virtual card activated after couple of hours and today the physical card has been mailed. The FD was closed and think money should get credited in a day or two.
Had got the offer in Feb as well but due to some technical issue at their end, the KYC was not completed. Tried getting in touch with customer care but it sucks.

I had a secured card with minimum transactions on this card as I only got it for offers. But had the card for almost two and half years. For me they replied after 40days of posting query.BoB. I think the first offer was from SIB in Feb 2024 but the due to technical reasons the KYC wasn’t completed.
Raised concern on the App and Customer Care rep spoke to me after a week. Customer Care of One card sucks. They only call back after a concern we cannot speak to them directly. There is no customer care number.
