One Card offers upgrade from FD to unsecured card

I have got an offer in the OneCard app to upgrade to unsecured card. I had FD of 10k. Now they are giving limit of 3.6L and processing refund of FD.



Earlier, I had SBM bank Visa card. Now it is offered in Mastercard CSB bank. I had to complete KYC again.

Activated the new metal card. Guess FD will be refunded in few days.

where are you getting option to view FD status.

I’m pretty sure this shows when their systems don’t have an offer for you ! Kind of ridiculous that instead of showing that, the application gets stuck at ID VERIFICATION PENDING !

You sure ? If that’s the case, it will be interesting to see what they do with people who have hopeless credit .. Surely One Card will not be dishing out unsecured cards to them !!!?? FD cards with some other existing or new banking partner is next perhaps ?

Finally received the offer, but when trying to apply it is throwing a KYC error, don’t know how to solve it.

No notification at all, just checked the app and it was there suddenly. I have the SBM 2k one. I am in a T1 city

Yes i was getting same after 2 days i got notification to do kyc again as address was mismatch with aadhar

I didn’t even do anything. Just proceeded and then it is showing like this. I am staying in the same house as the aadhar address also.

It was same for me as well but when we get option to select address it had minor change as compared to aadhar card

Maybe possible, I have not checked thoroughly and clicked on the address as it was showing there. Let me wait for 1-2 days then.
