One More Devaluation: This time HSBC Cashback Card

I have the HSBC visa Plat but they declined my 2nd application for cashback saying only 1 card is allowed.

I have CB Card and CC helped me applying for Visa Plat few months back but that got rejected for address issue
however CC told me one can has all HSBC cards if they want
My friend holds both Visa Plat and CB Card

Do we get cashback on Utilities? I did a bill payment and on the same day ordered something from Swiggy. I only got cashback for Swiggy and not bill payment. I cannot see in devaluation form that utility is excluded from earning cashback.

Nahi bharta bhai pelhe hi sal hai ye CB card jab FYF mil raha, is saal 2 Lac spend bhi ho gaye to Jan 2025 tak vanda nahi, fir dekhege kya karna

I have the HSBC visa Plat but they declined my 2nd application for cashback saying only 1 card is allowed.

I saw issue while they giving 2nd card. I did too many follow ups & their customer care agents itself won't have any info.

Finally I did complaint with RBI & tada!!! Next day morning I got call from HSBC head office & cibil enquiry was created just after the call & in evening saw card in HSBC app too.
