This I experienced as well. Wasted 15 mins with customer service

Thankfully axis upi still works

It takes around 2-3 business days to get refund. Wait for sometime.

refund posted in ICICI CC today with yesterday's txn date for GV purchase failure.
but issue still continuing. tried paying icici cc with indie. "refunded". money still to be credited back.
