pay credit card bill using credit card via amazon pay balance upi

hi,

follow these steps to use ur amazon pay balance upi (not amazon upi) for paying credit card bills using credit card.

prerequisites:
load amazon wallet using credit card (thru uber or any other 3rd party app)
kyc for amazon pay account.

limitations: 5k txn in 1st 24 hours. 20k in a month.
giftcards and cashback, refunds in apay balance can't be used for this purpose.

in last step, put your amazon pay balance upi ind manually (usually it is phonenumber@amazonpay, confirm once).

approve request from your amazon app.

done.

i dont know how long this will be active, but works for now.

i just made this thread with screenshots for easy reference.

it took 1 day for the payment to reflect in my credit card. check with a small amount first.

Yea, for axis Magnus though, wallet load does not accrue points but do they count toward the milestone benefit(100k = 25k edge rewards pts?)

For Magnus, wallet load doesn’t count towards the milestone. Actually it is the only exclusion.

I loaded a total of 17k in amazon pay using uber by HDFC Millennia credit card and got 850Rs cashback.

I am not getting "custom" as an option in Uber app to load money in Amazon wallet. Only getting fixed denominations like 350, 500, etc.
Earlier it was working. How to re-enable it?

In past, I have transferred odd amounts like 3334 and 417. Probably, that creates
suspicion and disable that option.

just checked. they removed it for me too.

it worked, thanks. There was Enable option coming in front of Send Money in Add Money section, once I enabled that and follow steps which you mentioned, I could transfer. but haven't got confirmation from recipient credit card bank yet

If we add money to Amazon wallet directly via Millennia Debit card we should get 2.5% cashback, right? Because when i add money via debit card merchant name is Amazon so i think we should be getting 2.5% cashback. I haven't tested it yet but will do.

You can do more than 1 transaction for 2k or login any other Uber account and linked your same Amazon acc to any different account and load money.

I also heard downgrade Uber app in september version apk (4.439.10002) and "custom" load feature is back.

Uber app version of 4.439.10002 and 4.438.10001, where the custom amount option is there. In the device, where version 4.442.10002 is installed, has no custom amount option.

Manually install Uber app apk version of 4.439.10002 or 4.438.10001.
