pay credit card bill using credit card via amazon pay balance upi

hi,

follow these steps to use ur amazon pay balance upi (not amazon upi) for paying credit card bills using credit card.

prerequisites:
load amazon wallet using credit card (thru uber or any other 3rd party app)
kyc for amazon pay account.

limitations: 5k txn in 1st 24 hours. 20k in a month.
giftcards and cashback, refunds in apay balance can't be used for this purpose.

in last step, put your amazon pay balance upi ind manually (usually it is phonenumber@amazonpay, confirm once).

approve request from your amazon app.

done.

i dont know how long this will be active, but works for now.

i just made this thread with screenshots for easy reference.

it took 1 day for the payment to reflect in my credit card. check with a small amount first.

Uber app version of 4.439.10002 and 4.438.10001, where the custom amount option is there. In the device, where version 4.442.10002 is installed, has no custom amount option.

Manually install Uber app apk version of 4.439.10002 or 4.438.10001.

Just download older version of app. I just did that and added Rs. 13500 from SimplyClick.

just google uber apk. first link would be of website 'uptodown'. open link. it will show you latest version. click on older version button below the lastest version button. then download version of your choice.

New to Axis Bank Magnus. I tried loading amazon balance via uber and it shows up as follows in my transaction ledger. It doesn't say wallet anywhere. Does this mean my transaction qualifies for edge reward points and milestone benefit? The points have not accrued so far.

I completed full KYC, loaded 30k in Amazon pay through Uber. I was able to successfully transfer 10k to another UPI and 10k through credit card payment. But post that I am getting error when I try to use credit card payment for 10k. Any limitation on this? I waited for 1 day still facing this issue.

Wait 2-3 days and then try again. Also insert your sim card in your phone. If not working then after 2-3 days and then reinstall the Amazon app.

I tried with hdfc card yesterday...amazon says bill payment successful, but the amount is not reflecting in HDFC card account....any idea if it takes time? @athadfjp

Credited to card in 3-4 working days with actual payment date.

for my diners, it got credited within 30min. but for axis, it took more than a day. i think wait for sometime, hdfc takes longer time to show the amount in history.

amex came quickly. HDFC is more than 24 hours, no update

Looks like you can pay using amazon pay for your own credit card only. I tried paying for someone else twice, and both time transaction failed

If you load on Amazon via Uber app then its comes under Amazon shopping category.

For example - HDFC Millennia credit card get 5% cashback on Amazon loading via Uber app.

yeah,i am getting rewards for loading wallet via dcb/sbi cashback card,wanted to know if this holds true for magnus as well?
