Payment suggestion for big payment

Hi folks,
I have to make around 70K payment for EZ Stays hostel. [ MCC 7011 -> Lodging - Hotels, Motels, Resorts ]
There are two options:
1. UPI via CC
2. Card Payment via tap and pay registered on GPAY.

Not sure of MCC. Although last time I made payment of 10K using Tata Neu Infinity UPI and got this in the statement "mab.037213006240098@axisbank NEXT2DOOR LIVING PRIVATE LIMITED". Attaching QR code for reference.
What are the options for verifying MCC codes? I have IDFC card, but not sure how to make payment to verify.

5. SBI BPCL Rupay
6. IDFC wealth
7. HDFC Millenia to achieve 1Lakh Milestone
8. SC Ultimate - gives 3.33% but is not preferable

Following Cards have Highest UPI Rewards:

Federal Scapia: 5% as Scapia coins, best if redeemable for travel bookings you want.

AU Ixigo RuPay: Up to 5% check T&Cs and ensure hostel QR is accepted as “online” or “offline”.

IDFC Wealth: It typically gives 3x points for UPI, subject to exclusions, ~0.5–0.75% value.

BOB Premier RuPay: UPI spends rarely fetch bonus (usually 0.5%), same for tap unless travel MCC detected.

HDFC Millenia: Millenia’s big milestone spend is good, but hostel payments via QR may not always count.

Recommendations for ₹70K Payment
Confirm reward structure for large UPI spends with card issuer (especially as merchant MCC can impact rewards). Do an small payment and contact bank customer care and confirm the MCC code.

If you want max flexibility: use Federal Scapia or AU Ixigo RuPay provided you can redeem their coins easily.

Avoid using SC Ultimate unless no better option (high rewards but not MCC-specific for most hostels).

Why don't you ask HDFC for the MCC?

Tap and pay for a high amount is getting declined via HDFC Millenia.
Now I guess only QR payment remains.

TAp and pay allowed upto 5k afaik. This limit is as per RBI guidelines afaik

We can increase the limit in the app and pay more by entering PIN. But it is not working.
