Paytm Citi Credit Card - Citi Axis transfer

so bascially i thought all citi including co-branded card will be transferred to axis bank but doesn't seem that way cause only citi card expect co-branded all customer have received mail for consent to transfer their relationship to axis, so should i close the paytm cc it has 3.37 laksh limit and 50,000 k spend for reversal , or they will send mail to co-branded citi card ? card has 1% cashback it was issued in jan 2019.

I am yet to receive call for Paytm card. But since she declined me for rewards LTF, I guess it may get declined for cashback LTF as well, if they call me later.

I am not interested in 1000 rupees for new card. Now a days many cards give 1000 cb welcome offer.

My minimum threshold is 3k and u can get that if u apply directly on Citi portal rather than taking replacement. In past, they offered 5k also, that's when I took rewards card.
Brother the word ltf won't mean a thing cause citi won't exist in India in next 6 month or so... what goof ltf Card if any citi cc will be? I hold citi paytm card and always meet fees reversal amount needed so I'm not sure which month does citi charge fees

Hmm, I feel LTF Citi to LTF Axis conversion will be easier. Axis otherwise don't agree for LTF cards easily.

And I don't want to keep track of all spends or do wallet rotation just to avoid annual fee, unless the benefits are too good.

Some examples of too good -
1. Paytm Citi - 4% cashback on few occasions on rent payments including Paytm cb offer even after charges.
2. Axis privilege - 50% discount in form of Myntra vouchers on any Amazon purchase during Holi sale. When people were mad for iphone in 50k in Flipkart BBD, I got it for around 35-40K in Holi sale itself. That too without any worry of getting sold out quickly.
3. SBI cashback - Pretty straightforward. 3+5% discount on Amazon vouchers. 4% on educational payments even after charges.
4. Axis Magnus - Does it even need explanation 😂? Literally the best card one can have.

I took CITI rewards card just for its 5k welcome offer plus 875 worth bonus points. But after that, I never found any useful offers, which beat any of my other cards. So, it doesn't make sense to keep either Citi rewards or Citi cashback, if not LTF.

I also got the same message. I already have another HDFC card so there is no point applying it as the application will be rejected.

got another reminder yesterday to "Act now". have anyone applied for citi card being self employed they didn't allowed me , is that chance now? cause earlier 5k cb now it 3k ,anyone have applied being a self empolyed recently using this period of cashback 5/3k cb
Did you try to apply fresh citi card or tried to swap your paytm card to citi card?
Being a self employed person, I tried to apply a fresh citi card and they rejected my application. I think they're not taking fresh applications for self employed persons.

I was salaried, and had good salary, but they rejected my application, even without a CIBIL hit.

i applied fresh when 5k cb was running and after entering name and other detail, no cibil hit and it say sorry we can't process for application something like that, so i asked through email to citi and they confirm for that cashback offer self employed people aren't eligible. i didn't knew about swap/flip so i didn't asked either.

How do you reach a Citi's live agent via their Toll free/paid number?

Since they warned you beforehand, it is very likely that the points will be exhausted.
But, being Citi, they may give the points.
Better contact PayTM
Will avoid any transaction then now.

Paytm is now showing hdfc card 49 monthly fee in its app. Haven't received any mail or sms though. Will skip it. Monthly fee card is worst among all😅.

Does Citi not provide noc? I asked for it, but they just sent a message saying card is cancelled and there is no outstanding at the moment.
That email can be considered as NDC (No Dues Certificate) , if any bank or Financial institution is not giving you a separate document of NDC.
