I loaded only ₹1000 to Mobikwik wallet using Amazon Pay ICICI card and then, when I again tried to load Mobikwik wallet, I got this message -

So, even with such a small amount they do this?

Its not about amount. They track your usage pattern and this might a rare ocassion when you are doing two transactions back 2 back and that too wallet load.

Any idea about the same thing with SBI card? I have used my SBI card to load wallet a few times.

Sbi will call you for verification and that too happens rarely except for cashback card.

Security algorithms they update detection on daily basis of scenarios
In my case ICICI all fund transactions even after grid inputs i get a call and asking to press 1 for approval

Na just use it as you like. Just pickup verfication calls on time if you get them.

I actually never got the verification calls from SBI. I guess this happened as the transaction amounts are not that great.

Call icici customer care and tell them your issue. btw don't tell them that you are doing cc to cc transfer.

My wife's payzapp was blocked randomly last year. She had a CC at that time and had applied for Neu Infinity using made up TCS offer. However, around the same time her CC was likely marked cancelled since it was an upgraded card and 30 day requirement was applied erroneously. I got the card resurrected later. Payzapp was behaving strangely and was sometime logging in sometimes not. Later HDFC said Payzapp blocked permanenely due to internal policies. After raising to RBI ombudsman twice, RBI mentioned blocked due to "Factiva Block" and closed the complaint with no way to appeal it!! Is it possible to resurrect Payzapp? Can we appeal against RBI ombudsman?
