Payzapp Full KYC Issues: HDFC Account holders

I opened my HDFC Bank Account, way back in December 2023. Until now, as Customer of HDFC

• I am not able to do FULL KYC.
• I haven't done Partial KYC, by submitting PAN, as I feel it's my right as HDFC Customer, only to get FULL KYC Done (as Partial KYC has restrictions including limitations to Wallet load or it's validity)

Before becoming HDFC Account, Only thing, i had done was '

• registering with phone number as that in HDFC and
• not doing any KYC

Anybody here, who are facing similar issues OR found solution to issue?

When I click Bank based full KYC, it is asking to enter last 4 digits of credit card.
That means it is not asking to enter any bank details.
If I enter last 4 digits of debit card, will it work? I am not sure.

Try with debit card, earlier payzapp used to varify hdfc customers based on debit card of hdfc.

Bank based KYC here might be related to Pixel Credit card by Payzapp & if you have the Pixel credit card you can add the last 4 number, I don’t think debit card will work but not 100% sure.

I entered Tata Neu credit card details, and it is success. (I don't have pixel credit card)
Luckily without having hdfc bank account, I could do full KYC with just HDFC credit card details.

Once you start kyc process, it will give option of min kyc or bank based kyc, select bank based

I entered Tata Neu credit card details, and it is success. (I don't have pixel credit card)
Luckily without having hdfc bank account, I could do full KYC with just HDFC credit card details.

I think it started working some days back around this time when I tried.

We never knew what's was the exact reason for not upgrading full kyc.

I didn't see this post earlier.... But Anyway after 1 year of account opening - i could do full KYC today , with Payzapp entering Debit Card details.... Yeah.... Finally HDFC did it....

Hdfc taken so much time for this upgrade.
We never knew what's was the exact reason for not upgrading full kyc.

May be they were having - Unlimited meals for a long time 🤣🤣

Done upgrade but what's the use of it now they have increased the CC charges from Jan onwards
