Payzapp mail id Issue

I am using Payzapp for long time and trying to take out my 44 rs stuck in Wallet.

I tried reaching customer care using their official mail id to activate my UPI wallet but it was showing mail id rejected.

How should I approach this?

Should I go ahead and file complaint with RBI please suggest.
