PhonePe wallet balance using SBI Cashback CC?

My electricity boards supports these wallets (No Amazon Pay Balance!). My question is can I exploit this wallets using SBI cashback cc to get 5% cashback? Like purchasing giftcards? Is it possible?

Maximize is the only option. Tata neu gives 5% cb for only neu infinity card users.

I tried to purchase Phone pe gift card from maximize and after payment received error that " We couldn't generate your Gift Card ". Any body else faced this issue and any solutions - will they refund the money or issue gift card .
