From https://www.americanexpress.com/content/dam/amex/in/benefits/Platinum_calculator.pdf, it seems complementary Zomato gold (similar to Eazydiner prime) is also being provided as a yearly benefit?

Also, has the MR point earning criteria changed?
Previously there used to be a bunch of exclusions (and 5x on fuel) on this page: https://www.americanexpress.com/in/charge-cards/platinum-card/, but I can't seem to find them anywhere. Does it mean any spend will give points going forward?

Some changes are there, which has to be discussed by users on usage.
 
Has anyone here been able to avail the Accor plus offer that rolled out for existing Platinum Charge holders? I signed up 4 days ago but haven't got any further update from Amex beyond the acknowledgement page for enrollment?
I am holding off from renewing my Accorplus membership due to this.

The customer care team aren't very clear on the timelines.
 
@BestBanker can you please comment on my previous query? I held off renewing my Accor membership since Amex announced this update to Platinum card holders. I have not received any update since 10 days after enrolling. The customer care team is also unable to help even provide a clear timeline.

Is this enrollment not available for existing Platinum card holders? Amex doesn't seem to care about their customer experience . Concierge/customer care is a hyped up joke.

Have got my first year's fee worth in points but it is clear this is a 1 year card only.
