I took mainly to book hotel in cleartrip for my international trip. They are giving 35% off on international hotels upto Rs. 15000 which is good saving 🙂Guys, currently PNB CC doesn't give any reward points on payments made through UPI. I confirmed this with their customer care and PNB is yet to decide on the reward points criteria.
On Laptop it works smoothly. After reading your post I used laptop and vkyc completed in 1st attempt. On mobile I have tried 100+ times unsuccessfully. Thank you.Was reading this thread with so many complaints of VKYC. However, in my case I applied for the card last night and today morning was able to do VKYC. I did it through my laptop.
On which email address are you sending these mails to and plz if you don't mind tell us your city.Every time I write to email to PNB team they send me same reply every time.. with no further action on my application status update.. In two days it will be 1 month with no status update

I went through the torture since I am planning to go for foreign trip. And there are good offers on PNB cards on Cleartrip. So, I applied for myself and applied add-on card. So, overall benefit I got was Rs. 15000 per card(~40,000 in total). It's strange despite how bad the service of this bank is, people are still applying for credit card. (I am one of them) 😏
This is a general feedback template meant just for acknowledgment of contacting PNB customer care. For credit card applications the particular response can be expected from creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in or ccpc@pnb.co.in I got prompt response from first email ID.Every time I write to email to PNB team they send me same reply every time.. with no further action on my application status update.. Keep following up with creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in you will get feedback. Do not share with care@pnb.co.inBut in my case, I am not getting any response from creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in or ccpc@pnb.co.in either..
Should I send mail to creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in or ccpc@pnb.co.in only removing care@pnb.co.in mail-id.
Also I didn't getting any bounce-back email means my mail is going through but they are just not replying for their sake...
Finally, received that golden message from PNB, "Your application has been approved. You will receive your card within 5 days". Seems an achievement, considering the Diwali holidays, this might be the fastest application they have processed. Interestingly, they approved the same credit limit for which they have made CIBIl enquiry!Well, got through the process and now can feel what everyone was saying! Seems like PNB is working on a totally different level. Have not done so much documentation since the flat registry. And yes video KYC is the ultimate PNB test. I got connected through call still screen was displaying the message "Äll executives are busy at the moment". Then another message "Already connected with the executive" but I could not see anyone. Then call automatically disconnected and it was showing "7 second call duration". Finally, in the fourth attempt, the actual executive got online for the KYC process which went well. Now waiting for the next horror story season!

No in-between discrepancies or incomplete document messages. Overall, smooth process! Can you please share the timelines of every stage?
