Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

1st-Oct - applied and did the video KYC same day
17Oct - got first reply thru SMS get application in-principle approved please complete Vkyc..
sent 3-4 mail regarding that Vkyc aready done
31Oct- got second SMS that Video KYC has been approved
3Nov- got 3 SMS that my application lying discrepant. start sending last 2year ITR in gap of 2 days
11Nov - got delightful message that your PNB Card application has been approved

Even I was facing same issue
So I converted aadhar to jpg
And uploaded other docs as pdf
It worked

I tried but no work, did u clicked pictures from mobile then converted into pdf or what.
Mine no working

Converted using Adobe pdf to jpg
Then I have able to upload docs one by one

Try to install some virtual pdf printer.. I had foxit pdf package In which while printing it gives option to print as pdf but content will be in image format.. I used the same and never faced any problem

Yeah your application is on track.. but will take time for approval..

Mine application was also completed on 08.11.2022 in 3 steps and in Cibil also 3 enquiries have been made by PNB. VKYC was done on very same day but till now no update regarding success of VKYC.

I got only 1, I had retried many times due to doc upload issue

Do they take c2c application by any chance ?

U can try offline

Yes. Because of time out. Once there is time out, the application has to b started from beginning. Once v start the application, fresh Cibil is hit. That's why 3 enquiries.

That's sad! U can try raising complaint at it was not your mistake, & it happened due to their server error, they make correct it. Even though if score of v good this shouldn't matter much. But if you're planning to apply new cc then this may be a downside
