PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

Not able to upload documents. whenever I click upload the site takes me back to start of the application. Anyway to fix this or resume application

I am trying to apply for PNB Rupay select card online. But as soon as I try to upload documents for ID & address proof, I am automatically logged out of application process. Can someone help if they've faced similar issue?

I did my VKYC on 17 th October...still no update...no message no mail..they are really testing patience!

Anyone managed to apply card and upload documents in last 2-3 days. It is failing while we try to upload any document.

I have submit application just now. The issue is with picture upload for identity card. I used passport instead of aadhar with pdf file and it got uploaded & submitted. Try to do that also keep file size as small as possible

i tried uploading Passport in PDF format for my address proof/id proof but it took me back to 1st page. What all documents you uploaded and which format?

Finally received the message. I don't think I could have got this card without this forum/thread.

Yes ,I did on 3rd Nov and message was sent by PNBSMS.

Send them mail immediately on all their emails and ask for update. Do attach itr acknowledgement in both pdf and jpg.

I maybe wrong but only way to get things moving is to mail them and ask them for acknowledgement of Vkyc. No point talking to their cc.
