PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

My card is approved within 22 days and virtual card is ready to use..but only 40000 limit is assigned by bank View attachment 7110

congratulations, getting approved by pnb is big deal, so limit doesnt matter

Portal working now for new applications or still takes you to initial webpage when we try to upload docs?

I tried yesterday. It's still taking to main page, if I try to upload doc. Tried with Image as well pdf format, less than 1 MB.
Didn't work.

Same here - waiting for 30 days to be over before I pick this up with RBI. PNB is least bothered to respond.

Try to upload it less than 300KB, it will work.
1 MB will not work.

It is better to do Vkyc again than this.

They have mentioned less than 2MB on website. I proactively reduced. Let's see; if it works for lesser.
Painfully, the application doesn't resume from last step and one needs to do it from first step. PNB really needs to improve their website

I didn’t receive the message automatically I had mailed them on 10th Nov and then they had asked for bank statement then itr of 1 year then ITR or 2 years and then today it got apporved.

Same with card got approved today, Applied on Oct 19th. I think they are approving in batches.

It is better to do Vkyc again than this.

And how exactly to do that? No one from PNB is giving a way to do the vkyc and the vkyc page doesn't work giving an error - 'Entered UARN not present'.

If there is a way to do the kyc then let me know. I am happy to do so.

Drop a mail to creditcardho@pnb.co.in if you have not. This is head office email address as per customer care. Ask them to approve the VKYC and mention the date on when you completed the VKYC
