PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

Applied on 10 Nov
Completed kyc on 11 Nov
Received application discrepent msg on 3 Dec
Sent mail with itr on 6th dec
Received approval on 9 Dec

Able to link card in bhim
When will I get virtual card?

Had applied for rupay select
But got rupay platinum

What to do?
Should I send upgrade request?

It's been three days since i got dispatch details it's not even picked what kind of service by PSU
Now am not sure if even i will get
Not able even to escalate 🙁

Probably ur cards are not ready for pickup

Use ur virtual card from app and
have patience since u ordered card from colonial age bank 😀

Already doing that, my card was approved on 21st Nov , not sure how its not ready yet. May be its the issue only with Select cards. Guys who got the card recently could you please comment if its Select or Platinum

one thing i like abt pnb, they do reply email slowly, but they do it

u can also call on customer care number u received in sms.. it will be faster to ask the reason for delay

You have to follow up with them on every alternate days over email.

They only work when you push them, otherwise they sit idle. 😆😆

keep file size below 300kb to upload it.

Upload jpg and make sure it's below 300 kb. Keep it around 280kb or else.

Should I mail them for status check?
