PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

Done v k y c on first of December but don't receive the approval message of vkyc yet!?
Should I mail them for status check?

My VKYC was rejected due to old Aadhaar photo and I raised this on email, they have asked to do VKYC again.

Now when I try to do VKYC again, on clicking call button nothing happens.

Also I had received this message:

Congrats your PNB Credit Card Application No WC2230XXXXX is in-principle approved. Complete your Video KYC between 10AM to 5PM. visit www.pnbcard.in.-PNB

if your adhaar was created when u were kid just like mine, then u should get it updated ASAP,
cuz u r going to face issues everywhere, old photo doesnt work at all

But got rupay platinum

What to do?
Should I send upgrade request?

On basis of your ITR/Salary slip , they may have given platinum variant . You can ask for upgrade.

Application can be processed c2c or need to provide income docs?

i don't think so as i didn't find such option in the online application process

i was trying with 650kb file thinking the recommendation is 1mb and I'm good to go. but thanks for helping me out. yes compressing the files really worked

I believe my application is the longest time taken ever , let me know if anyone defeated this duration

my card dispatched today after almost 5 days of approval, i did follow up with them otherwise this wouldnt have happened 😆
and yes its not picked up yet by dtdc

photo is not replaced , its just removed, azadi ka mahotsav was there before
just now its in left side where photo was, earlier it was is in the centre

Just checked the Genie app today, and to my surprise, I got approved! This would be the longest application of credit card I've experienced.

Applied on 19th Nov
Approved on 6th Dec

I applied for Select card, and that's what I got. It's now appearing on the Genie app, but I haven't activated it yet. Thinking of waiting for the actual card first.

Finally, got my Select credit card today. Whew! This will be on my "achievement" list!

Its picked up today only by dtdc, so no delay in pickup

1.75 lakh. The actual limit shown during the application was 4 lakh something.

It is without photo.

Yes same problem For me as well, whereas I did KYC on 25th nov , have sent mail yesterday to follow up

I have applied online on 30th Nov via salary slips and no itr, Vkyc done on same day. After that no update till date.
Have mailed them on 9th Dec. No revert yet.

Same here applied on 30 nov, vkyc on 1st dec... neither update nor response to mail
