Two branches almost equidistant from home, went to the nearer one, the staff were geriatric, didnt want to trouble them, went to the other one, had young staff but no clue about the account variant (Executive with 1L MAB), told me to come back after 2 hours. Post that, they opened the account but PNB is pretty far behind in the IT deptt as compared to its PSB brothers. Have to approach the branch again to get my account no and other details on Monday. Poor mahila staff was shocked when I told her that I want this account only for the DC.
Regarding the new CC offerings, they were clueless as usual.
