PNB launched New Range of Debit Cards

I have PNB Elite Executive Saving account for the Rupay Select Debit card. When I went to the bank to apply for add-on card and submitted the form, I was told that system is not allowing it. Its showing error "Add On Card cannot be availed for this account". Bank executive are clueless here.

Has anyone else faced the same issue? Which account variant of PNB allows you get to Rupay Select Debit add-on card?

• Add on debit card only applicable for old RSDC
• For imperial RSDC, you have to ask them to apply additional / Duplicate debit card without blocking existing debit card.
