I have been charged an annual fee on my PNB select Rupay card for Rs 750+Gst. Although the criteria for waiver is "if card is used one in a quarter"
I have used the card for online transactions multiple times.
No reply to the email, on enquiring customer care, he told, it should be swiped at merchant outlets.
I asked for the same where it is mentioned, call was disconnected.

What should be my next steps?

I too got charged, but then I called customer care and they then refunded the amount along with gst.

I suggest you eMail them again, referring to your old email. And, telling that the amount of AF + GST was not refunded. Attach a list of your expenses done. DO NOT REFER OR TALK ABOUT YOUR INTERACTION WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE GUY.

After a week, call them again. Then, you write to their PNO and after 10-15 days, write to RBIO.

So all this process has to be done?? The JF and AF is not automatically credited?

I applied PNB credit card in the month of august as per the website i upload my last htree months salary slips and bank statement they are asking me ITR OR Form 16 both i dont have they are calling me from august for itr i have told them many times by calls and by email that please declined the appliucation and stop calling me but every 3 days the calls me what to do ?

I have been charged annual fees as well in latest statement. Customer care asked me to drop email to request for reversal.
Weird process by PNB, charging fees in-spite of meeting quarterly minimum one spend criteria for zero fees.

Got reply today from bank regarding request been forwarded to concern department for fee waiver. Lets see how long it takes and if they reverse it or not without giving more pain of follow-ups, etc.

Annual fee +GST reversed today after 3 days of submitting request via Email.

This has been the problem with PNB. Faced same issue last year; got reversed later. Same happened this year; got reversed after an email
I recall SBI used to do same; but they used to reverse automatically without any email but PNB only reverses, if there is a request for same.

I was planning to close the card for same reason, but missed/forgot. Will probably do next year.
