Hi everyone, I was checking my brothers RBL mibile app and under offers section he had a pre approved offer for LTF Shoprite card. I am posting pictures of it here. Can someone please confirm that it actually is a pre approved offer and not just an invitation to apply.

Trying to reach you regarding a Validation Check of my RBL credit card.

Recently a third-party company named Buzzworks called me ad offered an RBL credit card. I agreed and provided all details also today they did KYC by home visit but that also from third party. So I did KYC and consent has been given.

All communication is coming from - https://rblcc.theskygge.com/
Consent is given with the below link- https://rblcc.theskygge.com/RBL/AdvisoryVerification

OTPs/SMS are coming from the "RBL Bank" sender.

As all is being processed by a third party and there a wrong feel ongoing in my mind. Can you please confirm if it is really being processed by RBL bank itself?

I mailed to bank but still they didn't respond. Anyone faced such situation?

Yes. It was my brother's account. It was pre approvef and he got it in about a week after applying.

I have the same offer in my savings account. But at the last step when otp is required to submit application an error occurred stating "invalid input". Tried 2-3 times. Happened to u also or I m in the exception list.

No, it went smoothly in our case. Try contacting customer service they may be able to help you.
