Premier to Eterna Upgrade

I've recently emailed to eterna@bobfinancial.com for upgrading my Premier card to Eterna.
They have asked me to do the process online but since I already hold 1 BOB card, there is no option to apply for 2nd card.

How do I do it? Offline? or with conversions@bobfinancial.com.

Conversions team will send a form to fill and sign but that form has BOB Fees and not LTF

How to proceed?

I just sent mail to conversion email along with signed upgrade form and income doc
my ITR qualifies for their eligibility for this card. it took more than 2 months though to process whole thing

I've emailed on Eterna@bobfinancial.com, waiting for their revert.

Wait For sometime... They will offer it too.... Till then enjoy premier... Its not that bad card.... A lot of people like me are also waiting for eterna ltf without itr... Maybe after 30 sept... When ltf offer ends... They might issue new offer and that could include more cards...

i think it's advisable to move to eterna even without LTF.... 1st year waiver is pretty easy ... Only 2 nd year we need to worry! That time we can make request again for waiver or LTF.....

How do I get a response from Eterna team for LTF? They are just replying that please fill the form for conversion and there is no other response, no confirmation from Eterna team.

Either they don't reply or they give vague responses.

Eterna or Conversions team is not confirming whether upgrade will be LTF or not from my current LTF BOB Premier card

What should I do? Directly fill out the conversions form and send it? or cut the amount written in the conversions form and write LTF and then sign and send it?

Every time I've emailed the Eterna team, they take too much time to reply and the Conversions team doesn't write a word extra apart from "we've received your request for upgradation, please fill the form and send"

That's the normal upgrade form that is they are asking me to fill
They did not guarantee

See the last line "Reviewing your request for Eterna with LTF"

There isn't any way to ensure! Just send the form and request. They will confirm if as per ur salary eligibility, you are eligible for LTF! Else they will ask you if u want to proceed without LTF...
