I have complain and even cs was confused too. So they said in 24 hr i would able to redeem but I don't think it will done so quickly.

oh yeah true.. i have amazon business account! but then i have 5k amazon ASV and Apay balance too much hassle for simple issue.

actually coupon is not applying on Account with prime balance
create new account is the solution

so i called and like i thought.. i can't use it on pre existing prime amount, cs send me a some promo landing url but it say invalid so under tnc it say prime voucher can't be used on pre-existing amount so i have 1 year validity so not sure if i can use this prime voucher on my business account or not?
