Today my account got upgraded to preferred, I currently have the Instant Kit Plat DC(Max Ac)
1)How can I get the Preferred Plat DC with the name engraved on it?
2)If I order a cheque book now will it have preferred printed on it?

Its written here but you will not be charged, otherwise you can apply on your phone banking app, and there you will see Issue Fee as NONE

1) login to netbanking -> cards -> debit card -> upgrade card and select platinum debit card. You will receive the preferred platinum dc with your name even though it's not mentioned in the upgrade page.
2) Not sure about cheque book

Yes, preferred will be mentioned on cheque book. It is mentioned on mine.

Make 1 transaction from your new card. Old one would automatically get closed in 48 hours.

Wanted to ask since i am also planning to upgrade to preferred currently on classic. Currently have normal easyshop platinum card. If i order dc which would have preferred logo engraved on it, will it be same no.wise as per my old dc or new series dc would he given. Asking since i have 130 pts. And i don't want them lapse if entirely different dc is issued.
