Query regarding credit card

I am using hdfc money back plus credit card ( Pre Approved )with savings max account
Today I received a notification from hdfc app
When i click on it it opens credit card apply page i entered my mobile and dob
Then it ask for personal details
After that it shows me three cards
Indian oil
Money back plus
Tata plus
Without joining fees
Is this is a glitch or they are offering second card as far as i know hdfc only provide one card and one neu card
Earlier it shows me an error when i received same notification

Don't take IOCL, you will not get LE lr upgrade.
Don't know why they don't give to cobranded cards
