RBI ombudsman for not receiving 2k amazon voucher on 1 lakh on yesbank grandeur debit card

hi, i reached yesbank initially regarding the same, they said i have not spent 1 lakh to get this voucher, i shared screenshot of transactions done in previous year, they agreed and said you will it end of month, i waited for 1 month and agian emailed on same email chain, recvd same rpely saying havent spent 1 lakh in previous year to get voucher 😕. i asked them to check previous email chain they kept on replying that i havent spent 1 lakhs,

fast forward to RBI ombudsman, i created complaint around 20 days back on rbi ombudsman regarding same, recvd same reply yesterday from yesbank pno saying havent spent 1 lakh in previous year.
Now what should i do, i thought RBI will ask for details from me, shall i reply to yesbank pno saying read the email chain or how does RBI ombudsman works after this point?

You can't share proof to RBI directly, they will ask before closing your complaint if there is anything you would like to add.

Send that email chain as a screenshot or PDF to PNO. Submit everything like you want to spoon-feed them.

What would sharing details outside of RBI do at this time,
I mean what can be the consequences. Will they accept their mistakes outside RBI then what next?

You have received email from PNO after RBI intervention, correct? PNO will share that email response to RBIO.

Whatever you share to PNO will be automatically shared to RBIO as well.

Or

You sent email directly to PNO and on the same side you raised complaint to RBIO?

I did directly at RBIO, and RBIO complaint number is also mentioned in the email.

No, your conversation is between you and PNO only. But, when PNO closes the complaint. Yours and theirs response will be sent to RBIO for further checking.

Then RBIO will reply that PNO has responded this this this and You (navdeep22) acknowledged it. Based on that, we are closing this complaint so so so.

That's how this works.

In short, send everything to PNO and also share them your email in which customer care acknowledged that you will receive your 1L voucher. That can be used as a proof too. Spoon-feed every detail to PNO.

So they don't have to do research and can verify things quickly and revert back to you.
