So I used RBL SIGNATURE PLUS card to wallet load on both PAYTM and Amazon, 10k and 93k respectively. Today I received 510 reward points. So I am having trouble figuring out why they didnt credit 1k worth of reward points. Thoughts on this anyone?

For december month they provided wrong reward. My all cc payment through mobikwik and for only 3 transaction out of 4 i get rewards points.

Btw, Last year I closed SPDC after doing 1 Lakh for 5 months and Upgraded to EDC.

I remember, I was one of the victims then also.
They automatically credited the remaining points after a month or so.

You get a mail and SMS after the 15th to 30th of next month that allows you to access RBL GYFTR for both queries 1 &2
