RBL Credit Limit Reduced By 91%

Guys Today My 6 months old RBL Shoprite LTF Credit Card Limit reduced to ₹11000 from ₹132000 because of non usage. Pretty useless card but i got this just for occasional Flipkart/Amazon Instant Discount offers.

Also says call to restore limit. I called but it didn't get transferred to agent due to technical issue.

I am also in the same boat. Received similar message today from RBL Bank.

I am trying for about 03 hours but firstly it shows number is busy, secondly somehow connected then after following whole IVR & giving true information, it says wrong information entered and disconnects, Thirdly same reason cited by you i.e. agent not available due to technical issue,kindly try again.

VERY VERY WORST RBL BANK CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE👎👎😢😢

And here I got my limit revised on my newly issued LTF Shoprite from 50k to 2.5L after escalation to their CEO team.

Did they do a cibil enquiry today while slashing limits? They placed an enquiry, without me applying for any product. My limit remains the same at 500k.

I haven't really come across too many instant discount offers on RBL cards on Flipkart and Amazon. Might be handy at times for small discounts on Swiggy and Zomato, and some flight offers on EMT...

Wrote mail, got callback. I fired them saying how can you reduce my CL without my consent? I have not defaulted on any payment. She said it is due to internal bank policy. I asked her to reply to my mail saying so and I will complaint to RBI. Immediately she said we are willing to provide you the same credit limit as before and it will be done in 2 days.

I've called today to Customer care and they raised a request to restore the limit in 24 hours.

Recently connected with customer care and discussed my issue. They are suggesting me to send email to "cardservices@rblbank.com".

Received a reply email from them, they reversed their decision and restored my CL from 3k to 301k.🙂😉
