RBL is now giving away LTF World Safari/ICON from Shoprite if you are upgraded from Zomato Edition

Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

I asked for written confirmation on mail they messaged me it was not LTF but 3000+tax I said however on call they confirmed it was LTF. Then they asked proof for the same. I had the call recording so sent them the same today. I am waiting for their response.

That's very true. Magic eraser is available on google photos with google one subscription only. I generally find google photos doing a better job but samsung photos also manages it well 🙂

I got FYF World Safari in place of Edition Card. Called today to convert it to LTF. CC told me if I had requested for LTF when card was in transit and before activation of card then they would have converted it to LTF, but not now. So, placed request to close the card. Already have Scapia for Zero Forex.

I doubt they would update the status as 'Close' in Cibil,
We must write them an email to update the status in Cibil.

I don't think they will convert to LTF now.

When we put card closure request and ask for upgrade with LTF, they do it because fear of loosing customer. But you are already having card,

Send mail to close the card and put reason as annual fee, when cc guy call you then ask him to make it LTF or close.

They not marked edition as closed in cibil , I think they not going to mark my shoprite also as i checked they issued ICON in new account number , I’m going to wait if any impact on cibil , I will ask them to close , if not impacted in cibil, I remains silent 🤫 to help reduce utilisation ratio in cibil 😉

Called yesterday asking for upgrade to World Safari or Icon. CC executive asked which one I wanted (so he was willing to offer either). I said World Safari. He said he is taking request for LTF but sometimes system issues FYF so he asked to confirm after receipt by calling customer care. Today I can see the new World Safari card in the RBL app. Hope it is LTF.

Got confirmation on WhatsApp that card is LTF

Ok Finally I got my World Safari LTF card got it the really hard way. I had asked for card upgrade on Jul 6th 11am they said only ICON LTF available so took it however that day everyone in group were saying they got World Safari LTF so in the evening 5.30pm I asked to cancel the upgrade and asked for LTF World Safari and they took the request.

On Friday Jul 7th I got message ICON is approved and on Monday Jul 10th received ICON LTF. On Monday evening I called again said I asked for World Safari LTF after cancelling ICON LTF request but received ICON LTF.

They took request for World Safari LTF. On Wednesday I got RBL message of card dispatch and on Thursday World Safari card was visible in app. Today I received World Safari card along with PP. Called CC for LTF confirmation they confirmed I asked for written in writing they told to mail rbl bank.

Zomato LTF -> Shoprite LTF -> ICON LTF
-> World Safari LTF

Please tell me if you remember whom you talked to, I have called them twice with same request but they are saying no such offer for you

1) LTF confirmation was sent via Whatsapp when the card was about to be dispatched,

2) LTF confirmation was sent via SMS the next day after receiving the card

3) 7 days after delivery of the card, I received an email with LTF status information.
