RBL is now giving away LTF World Safari/ICON from Shoprite if you are upgraded from Zomato Edition

Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

No didnt get the Whatsapp message thats the problem

On call they are saying LTF. When I email they are saying paid. When I send the call recording to email they are saying nope they are wrong your card is paid.

CHAPTER – II CONDUCT OF CREDIT CARD BUSINESS in section 13 under Customer Conduct

h) Card-issuers shall ensure that their employees/agents do not indulge in mis-selling of credit cards by providing incomplete or incorrect information to the customers, prior to the issuance of a credit card. The card-issuers shall also be liable for the acts of their agents. A dedicated helpline and email-id shall be available for the cardholders to raise complaints against any act of mis-selling or harassment by the representative of the card-issuer.



CHAPTER – II CONDUCT OF CREDIT CARD BUSINESS in section 9 under Interest rates and other charges

vii)There shall not be any hidden charges while issuing credit cards free of charge.

I've given them 1 last chance to confirm my card is LTF by sending them my Service Request Id which clearly mentions that it is an upgrade to LTF World Safari and was processed successfully.

Also informed them that if they dont confirm I will raise the issue with RBI saying you are scamming the customers by taking a LTF card upgrade request and instead giving them paid cards

Lets see whether they confirm the card as LTF now otherwise will mail everyone
 
You already had icon ltf but cancelled it?

I believe they are offering either ICON or World Safari LTF, in your instance, you got both, perhaps this is confounding them.
Yea they are totally confused I think I got the Whatsapp message for ICON LTF then I told them I had already cancelled that request why you issued that card I asked for World Safari LTF then they issued me World Safari.

Now CC executives when I ask whether it is LTF they check the SR raised as LTF World Safari which is processed successfully inform me that the card is LTF but email guys keep on denying it even when I said telephone conversation as proof. Gave them 1 last chance to confirm the same by verifying with the SR id that got processed successfully. If they still maintain its paid will shoot email to nodalofficer creditcardhead and all
