RBL is now giving away LTF World Safari/ICON from Shoprite if you are upgraded from Zomato Edition

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

You can also try directly by getting world safari card as joining charges is zero. At the time of annual fee payment you can put closure request and retention team might convert it to LTF

FYF world card to ltf not possible, they were ready to close it. I tried twice.

Just now received a call stating they want to give ltf rbl world safari card i said i already ha e ltf shoprite. Then the lady said will upgrade the card and increased limit to 4 5lkhs i said increas e and send. Then she confirmed name dob and pan i did not give full pan said last 4 Then she said ok will send and call back. So I switched off online co tacless moto and left pos transaction only my rbl card and reduced limit to 10k. So no hanky panky happens. Let us see what happens.

There will be an option to choose account summary after language and card selection.. listen to that.. after that it gives an option to speak to customer care.. option 9

Thanks! I was just about to email RBL Bank for cancellation. Currently, I'm on a call with them, and I explained how I primarily use Amazon for grocery shopping, so this card doesn't provide much value for me. However, since I have a negative balance, they asked me to call back later. During the call, I inquired if there were any offers available. The representative checked and suggested the World Safari card FYF. However, I clarified that I specifically needed LTF card, as my existing card already has that benefit. Then she asked if I was interested in traveling, to which I replied positively. She took another 5 minutes going back and forth to check. She asked for information to confirm, such as the name on the card and the address on the statement, and I gladly verified them. i double-checked if it was indeed the LTF World Safari card, and she confirmed it. She mentioned that she was raising a request for the same, and I should wait for 3-4 working days. I asked for her name once again and expressed my gratitude. The call lasted for about 10 minutes. That dopamine kick from getting something for free in the credit card world is just unmatched! 🤣 Thank you to @souvikdey2002 for sharing this with us.

doesn't matter, yesterday only due to this post, i made my first transaction of 199 of more than 1rs, and made payment through cred before calling rbl bank.

Called customer care twice and they said there is no offer to upgrade. First agent agreed to put in card cancellation request. To the second agent I told them I was offered WOrld Safari LTF by the previous agent and they said there is no such offer right now and can't process it any further.

Tried upgrading my Paisa on Demand Duet card, despite threatening to close the card and multiple attempts the customer care executives didn't budge. There is no upgrade for Duet card holders even if you ask for a paid upgrade, it simply isn't there.

Zomato edition classic was closed and I was given (probably all of us) RBL shoprite LTF.

This is another reason why I hate Co-Branded Cards, it's just worthless card at max.

Try again & again, due to the abnormal number of conversion they are lying.
But don't give up please, it's an sure shot offer for everyone if the Shoprite has been used at least once.
