Can you explain how by your experience? How you found Kotak one better?

From my personal experience, I have found Kotak to be much better in comparison with the RBL Play Card. RBL till May used to allow wallet loads and top ups. However recently they have started marking those as rental transactions especially on Payzapp.
Kotak usually have occasional discounts on various ecom websites which makes the deal much more lucrative. If you have PVR Cinemas nearby then it's a better deal at any given day.

AFAIK Not possible if F&B added separately, but possible when there's a combo offer (Ticket + F&B voucher)

over call when i asked them to close my other credit card (Zomato edition at that time) so now basically i have RBL PLAY as welll as RBL Shoprite both are LTF

dude i said over call they confirmed i don’t have email and initially it was not free for me as well but now over call it’s confirmed and anyway i am superstar on top of this in BMS so from that angle also i will not be charged

it is linked and i applied only from BMS app

I upgraded Shoprite to play, so it's not linked to the BMS app. Will they waive off annual fee after becoming superstar in BMS account linked to same RBL mobile number?

i have magnus + ICICI Sapphiro and i am getting total 8 (buy one get one ticket) per month which i am booking for my other friends and family members so i am achieving this criteria in less than 2 months 🥳
