RBL sending limit enhancement message

TF Premier
RBL is sending LE through WhatsApp. Please check if you also got. Mine is World Safari LTF (Zomato -> Shoprite-> world safari). I gave missed call but no response. I think they take sometime to acknowledge and respond.

Absolutely not spam. I have been getting statement and other updates from the same verified (blue tick) RBL whatsapp (+91 84335 98888).

Limit increased. I checked on app last night and it was not done. But today morning when I checked, it has been increased.

Strange thing is I only got above mentioned whatsapp message to give a missed call but no email/SMS/WA in response to missed call and no email/SMS/WA when it has been increased.

EDIT: Got SMS and email.
