Just called them for ltf safari conversion & they're ready to cancel the card lol. Took the request and temporarily blocked the card. Don't know how you're saying its 100% confirmed news.

I took world safari FYF from Zomato Edition. Called them to either convert it to LTF or close the card. They said LTF World safari not available.

Hello Guys,

One big news I wanted to share with all of you.
Currently RBL is upgrading LTF Shoprite to LTF World Safari if you got LTF Shoprite from Zomato Edition.

Whoever has it, just call RBL & say that the Reward Rate is very poor with Shoprite & I don't want to continue with it.
Also ask if there is any upgrade offer for World Safari/ICON.
Based on your profile there is 99% probability that you will be offered either one of them. Many people has got it.

4 days back, I have requested for closure of LTF Shoprite card (got from Zomato edition card) via Email. Case ID was created.

Yesterday, I have called customer support to know the status of the Case ID.

He told me that my card was temporarily blocked and now I have upgrade offer to LTF world safari and LTF ICON card. Within 5 days, retention team will call me and they will offer these 2 cards and then I can upgrade. So now waiting for their call.

You have not followed my thread well, the path has to be like this

Zomato Edition LTF-->Shoprite LTF-->RBL World Safari LTF

Then only it will happen. For reference 2 month earlier I tried very hard to convert Zomato Edition to World Safari Directly but they straight way denied.
Now after getting Shoprite LTF they have taken the request & done it, tomorrow I'm going to get RBL World Safari in Hand.

He didn't follow the correct path simple.
Upgrading Safari directly from Zomato Edition will not yield LTF.

Yes in whatsapp it is sent to everybody from RBL that the card is LTF.

I called them after your post. They directly took cancellation request and told no pre approved upgrade offers. Zomoto>shoprite > cancel
