so received today and it won't connect to ps5/mobile/pc.. I'm aware I need to call amazon.. I'm on waiting so thought let ask here too. who know.. i could not the only one.. last time I faced such issue was with oneplus buds some 3-4yr ago..

Best bet is to return/replace them. Hope its not an issue with USB USB transceiver
amazon is like visit sony service center, so would visit and let c..what happens.. my lucks isn't with my me nowadays though.
it not issue with the adapter the buds are dead on arrival.
