I got offer to Regalia Gold LTF and IOCL LTF. Which one to choose.
I fuel for 2.5k in a month. Mostly buy things online.
Never did air travel. Never in near future.

Which one should I choose? I'm not in dire need for CC

Regali Gold is a mid-premium cc and iocl is a basic card.

You can get both. First you should get Regalia Gold and after some time HDFC will again offer you IOCL as LTF.
Regalia Gold will get you better value in terms of overall spending. I assume that fuel is not the only spend you incur.

Started hdfc account 1 yr before. Have 1.1L FD
For past 4 Months, i maintain balance of 4-6L.

Now tried applying for CC and got these LTF offers.

FD and maintaining avg ~4L balance for ~3months paved the way I think.

I applied and card is now with me. No official mail sent indicating card to be LTF.
On reaching their customer care, they say card is only free for 1st yr and have to spend 4L to get waiver in next year.

I don't what to do. While applying it was shown as LTF in their website for me. Better I will cancel the card.

It must be LTF* not LTF. You can fight if you have any proof

HDFC has 2 type of LTFs one is real LTF another one is Spend based LTF.

AFAIK it is called spend based fee waiver. Only HDFC sales people call this as "Life Time Free"
