I had a word with my RM today. She said my upgrade was pending with the Chennai team, and she has shared the approval obtained for my application. The card should be upgraded this week.

I met all the criteria. Spends, credit limit and salary. So didn't think any further approvals were required. Even RM said I was eligible.

Did you have any RPs in your old card? Were those points transferred immediately? At what rate were they transferred, i guess it's 50%?
