Regarding BoB radiance requirement

Can someone help me with BoB Radiance banking requirements/eligibility.

Like how much IP/MAB required to open BoB Radiance account...
If salary account, how much per month salary needed.

Asking here in few thread because I couldn't find this info in their website or in our forum.

I'm mostly looking for eterna LTF.

How much are you maintaining NOW in your BoB account? (Only 10L FD or that too withdrawn)

What is your quarterly MAB(once you login to bob world app) showing?

Can you help to provide contact of Radiance RM. I wanted to check if Radiance can be given for salary accounts.

No.
There are only 4 way to get radiance

3 cr home loan
25 lakhs auto loan

30 lakhs TRV or casa value

Or high ranking defence officer with Colonel grade or above

Or senior officials with grande GM or above

Or high ranking state or centre employees like ias ips ifs etc

5th way to get radiance is good friendship with branch manager who will get you radiance and it won't be downgraded even if you don't maintain

My mother have around 25L around fd in bob.. can I request for radiance banking upgrade? If yes, should i contact to branch manager?
My mother don’t have any income proof, Can she get eterna credit card?

Yep. Go ahead, 25L is a lot + relationship must be old too. Worst case, say you will give them 5L more in future if need, which i do not think.
If your BM does not do, maybe ask another branch BM, as it being PSU, one can not always assume they will be willing.

And no need for income document either. Ask them to fill self employed if they ask.
Once you get radiance, just mail BoBCard once before activation, confirming LTF, they will confirm in few days.


One suggestion though,

• Get into family banking and become part of mother's Radiance program
• Once you are under family program, you are also radiance
• This was two primary Eterna can be sourced.
• The only issue being, I am not sure if this is possible, so i would suggest, get primary Eterna in your name first.
• once you have the primary Eterna, ask the to give your mother primary too.
• Three things can happen
  • Its possible
  • Its not rulewise, but they ignore
  • If they say two primary can not be given under family, then get add-on for family members if need be

I added this suggestion so that you get the primary card.

Here is the Eterna LTF based on my Radiance relationship...

I got it yesterday .. So at last, freedom from BOB's loooong process ,
Card was delivered on the Independence day.. loved the dedication of Bluedart..
Very busy yesterday, could not update it yesterday itself..


Timelines: ( Continutation from the previously tagged post)

1) Account Opened: 20/06/2024 with 10L IP ( Advantage SB Account)
2) Added another 20L on 28/06/2024...
3) Account upgraded to "Sparkle on 03/07/2024
4) Radiance Upgrade on 16/07/2024...

Upgraded Account Variant to Super Savings Account.

Applied for Free Select Rupay Dc
Applied for Free Sapphire DC.

So, it took 26 days for Raqdiance upgrade..
Now , made 10L FD,
Will withdraw 20L soon..

Another one bites the dust..

Applying for Eterna in a few days...


5) Applied for Eterna on 01/08/2024..
6) appoved on 12/08/2024 ( there was a delay as my previous unsuccessful eterna application had to be removed from the system. Local Regional manager was in touch all the time , still there was a huge dealy)..

Anyway.. BOB episode is also finished...

why 10L what's the catch exactly? will it not be downgraded like in general asking for others like if someone does this .. maybe ur case its diff just wanted to know if someone else wants to do

It will be downgraded for sure in general.
10L gives some case for my BM to defend himself internally on my behalf

btw one more qs is it even worth it for so much hassle now after the recent devaluation of eterna?

and is the eterna unconditional ltf? if no idea xD just find some time and drop a mail and get confirmation on this would be helpful for everyone here... ty alot

FD is part of my portfolio, so I keep it for the rest of the FD term and decide then at the time of the maturity...

So, the answer is NO? Maintaining Radiance have no any further value now.. it doesn't make any sense if we do not want to keep FD in our portfolio or have already done enough FDs from elsewhere.

yes .. correct .. no need of Radiance after Eterna LTF..n for Eterna puroses...

but.. if you want to be on a safer side, you need 10L TRV for DC LTF purposes..
