Regarding kotak everyday savings account opening for 811 super savings account holder

Hi All.
Kotak branch people are denying to open kotak everyday savings account saying i already have 811 super savings account which was opened few months back. Want to have everyday debit card for eazydiner offer.
Can someone help regarding the same? Sent mail to nodal officer but no response.
Planning to file rbi ombudsman complaint after 30 days

Close the kotak 811 account then open everyday saving account.

Isn't Kotak everyday debit card available only for salary accounts? At least thats what is mentioned on the website
