I have two super 811 accounts, unfortunately not received cashback for January month for both of them. I did CC bill payment from Unipay. Sadly wasted my 20k. One account did payment on 18th Jan and other did on 6th Jan.
Where can I report this? Any suggestions...

Bhai kotak 811 super convert hone ke baad next day virtual debit card show hone lagta. Aur same jo deliver hota dono ka Bin to same rehta hai na. Fir kya dikkat. Cb to ayega hi

I have received cashback on Feb 20 for transaction upto Jan 29. Only one transaction of Canara Setu (Retail CC) was rewarded 😢 Unipay and Airtel Thanks transactions in January didn't fetch any reward sadly.

It's a little difficult to spend exactly 10k for offline transactions 😢 Easy to lose track. I'm guessing most people here would use it for fuel spend. That's eligible for Cashback right? Don't know if any surcharge will apply

It's okay . You are paying just 300 a year. So you need to spend just 6000 in a year. Anything more is a bonus.
Also it's about mcc,you will find many apps giving different mcc,just be active.

Are baba, opened account and transacted for CC payment though I was having options 1%, 2.5% cb fetching DCs.
They sold their super 811 saying 5%cb on utility payments,
Anywhere to report this?

No cb for sbi unipay just cb credited without sbi unipay for jan month.. Canara setu still working?? I paid 15k cc bill via canara setu in February, if working i will plan to pay cc bill in March

Hey guys, is it possible to open a new Kotak 811 account if the pincode is not serviceable?
I could convince the branch for manual KYC in 2018 but they agreed with 811 Edge option only. Now they're clearly denying to do.

Kotak customer care said almost every transactions of 811 super were on utility catagory, they misuse reward system by paying credit card bill so 4900 excluded from cashback.
But for January 4900 is eligible and will credit before 28 Feb. Let's see

In January, for about 300 rs after 28th jan(date of receiving the change in tnc e-mail) and rest amount was spent before 28th.
